In the 1990s, the Brazilian Government started a privatization wave where large state-owned companies, mostly in the infrastructure area, headed their assets, partly or entirely, to the private sector. Since then, several regulatory agencies were created in many important sectors, such as aviation, energy, health, telecommunications and transportation, which regularly impose challenges on market players.

Some members in our team have worked for more than 10 years in Brazilian government agencies and state-owned companies, a privilege that translates to a deep understanding of the Brazilian government's point of view, undoubtedly an important differential in developing strategies for the benefit of our clients.
