Marcus Bitencourt speaks about Brazilian real estate investment alternatives, in New York

Marcus Vinicius Bitencourt, senior associate in the firm's Corporate practice, will speak at the Cracking the Latin American real estate nut event, co-hosted by Ernst & Young and DLA Piper, taking place in New York, on November 7.
The event, aimed at foreigners interested in coming to Brazil for business, will provide an insightful discussion about the complex real estate landscape in Brazil and how to identify attractive investment alternatives that exist in the broader region.
Marcus will be among other experts, addressing aspects related to general market dynamics, competitive environment, transactional risk, and tax and legal issues that impact the successful execution of deals. Further discussion will also focus on the hospitality sector, as growth in both domestic and international demand continues to drive operating performance and highlight the growing importance of this asset class throughout the region.
